Boil the milk in a pan. Once it starts boiling reduce the heat and allow it to reduce into half the
actual amount. Stir it frequently while its getting reduced. Add the chopped Pistachio nuts,
sugar and cardamom powder and stir it thoroughly. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the
reduced milk to be cold. In the mean time whip the natural yougurt so that there are no lumps.
Mix this whipped yogurt to the reduced milk and mix them evenly. Pour this mixture in an ovenproof
dish. Now heat water in a flat bottom container and place the ovenproof dish in the hot water
for 30 minutes or until the yougurt is set. Once it is set remove it from the hot water and allow it to cool down.
Put it in the fridge and serve it cold.
